The objective of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte nationally recognized master's degree program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to research and improve the world of work from both an employee and organizational point of view.  The program provides a firm foundation in the research methods and content of basic psychology as well as training in the applied skills of professional practice.
